    Peter H. Lindop – FICB, CPB

    The owner and founder of Bartley-Hathaway Business Solutions, Peter has over 40 years of experience in the banking and finance industry with extensive exposure dealing with small businesses and their owners. Peter can help you understand the sometimes complex world of business finance and simplify your company’s financial systems so you can truly understand how profitable your company is now and what you can do to help it grow.

    Highly involved with a number of local charitable and community organizations, Peter hosts free seminars and workshops for both businesses and private individuals as a way to give back and support the City of Cornwall and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry. Peter can help you and your business in numerous areas ranging from personal estate and succession planning to preparing and implementing a successful business plan.

      Martine Leroux – CGA Level 4
      Support Partner, SME Consultant

      A graduate of the Business Administration Accounting program at St. Lawrence College, Martine has been performing bookkeeping and tax services for local businesses since 1995.  Featured in Cornwall Business Development magazine in 2006 and nominated for the RBC Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, Martine is recognized throughout Cornwall and the United Counties as an expert resource in small business support services.

      Martine has an extensive skill set that includes Incorporation services, corporate structure services, accounting and bookkeeping set-up and maintenance, personal and corporate tax services, and more.  Martine is particularly familiar with Condominium Corporations, Construction Firms, and Not for Profit Organizations but she has worked with companies in almost every sector.

        Alison Rowe – CPB
        Support Partner, SME Consultant

        A small business veteran, Alison has worked for small businesses in nearly every industry over the past 20 years helping each of them build and grow their companies through Lean practices and more efficient policies, procedures and practices.  An enthusiastic lifelong learner and educator, Alison has developed an extremely diverse skill set that includes experience in sales and marketing, IT administration, finance and accounting, web development, social media marketing, legislative compliance, human resource management, and much more.

        Through her past business experience, Alison has become adept at locating and identifying areas in a company that are inefficient or potentially harmful to the organization and implementing creative ways to tighten up processes making things run smoother and more cost-effectively.  A master researcher, she is able to quickly create or locate products and services that can produce amazing results for small businesses; and keep them compliant with the numerous regulations and authorities in Ontario.

        Brenda Delorme
        Accounting Technician

        Brenda is a proud graduate of Academy of Learning College Business and Office Accounting Diploma.  Upon graduation, she was immediately employed by the College as their bookkeeper.  Brenda has extensive experience in the world of small businesses as a full-charge bookkeeper in the medical industry where her duties included Accounts Receivable and Payable and General Ledger management using Sage Simply Accounting, HST and WSIB Remittance, Payroll preparation and Source Deduction preparation and remittance.

        A highly organized and quality-centric individual, Brenda understands the level of professionalism and communication required for long-term success within any company. Her dedicated and systematic approach to professional business needs can provide your company with the bookkeeping support needed to ensure your company moves forward and grows with client demand.
