Bookkeeping Setup & Training
No matter how big or small, simple or complex your business may be, you need some type of organized way to keep track of your revenues (money coming in) and expenses (money going out). There are a number of ways you can keep track of your books:
- Paper records (ledger books, notebooks, etc.)
- Excel spreadsheets
- Personal finance software with a business component (Quicken)
- Online SaaS (Software as a Service, such as Wave, Kashoo or GnuCash)
- Small Business Software like Sage 50 or QuickBooks
- Larger module-based software (AccPac, Business Visions, PeopleSoft)
Our Support Partners can work with you to determine which system would be best for your current and future business needs and then discuss whether you would like us to do the bookkeeping for you (see Bookkeeping Services) or simply help you set up the system and train you to do it yourself.
For those of you who want to be trained to do the work yourself, we also have available a number of Support Packages where, for a flat fee per year, you have access to one of our Support Partners who can help you with managing your books and answer any questions you may have.
