We have opted to keep our rates low by not offering instant refunds. Firms that offer instant tax refunds often charge a premium for that service, leaving you less money. However, you will receive your refund in a reasonable amount of time from the Canada Revenue Agency in the manner you specified (check or direct deposit).

Although we strive for perfection in our products, errors can occasionally happen. Should this occur, you will receive a letter from the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) indicating the problem. Simply forward this information to our office and we will investigate the problem for you and make any changes that may be necessary. We will meet with the appropriate government representatives to ensure the matter is resovled quickly.

Absolutely. It is vitally important to file with the Canada Revenue Agency any years you have not previously reported in order to limit any penalties or interest that may be assessed. We can work with you and the CRA to get your taxes filed and up to date, thereby relieving you of the stress of unfiled tax years.
